Questions we get frequently asked
How do conditioner bars work?
Conditioner bars contain many of the same ingredients as liquid conditioner, just in a concentrated solid form without the water. By coating the hair with oils and conditioning ingredients - they work best when applied directly to wet hair, left on for a minute or two then rinsed.
How long do conditioner bars usually last?
Since conditioner bars are very concentrated and don’t contain any water, most people find only a small amount is required per use which means that they last for at least 60 – 80 washes, an 80g bar can last 6 months. Keeping it dry between uses will help it last longer.
Are your conditioner bars palm oil free?
We’re happy to say that we don’t use any palm oil or palm derivatives in our shampoo or conditioner bars. If you want to avoid palm, it’s best to check directly with the brand. We use Behentrimonium Methosulfate made from rapeseed and all our ingredients are listed on the website.
